摘　　要：文中借助Fischer函数将水平线性互补问题(^HLCP)等价转化为一个方程系统,并讨论(^HLCP)的解的结构及其误差界.In this paper,by using the Fischer function the generalized horizontal linear complementarity problem （ILILCP）is reformulated as a system of nonsmooth equations,and the structure of its solution as well as the error bound of the structure is also discussed.
