摘　　要：拥有全员学习、终身学习理念的高校学习型社团文化,是高校精神文明建设中校风、学风的重要表现形式。研究高校学习型社团文化建设对加强大学生个体发展、高校内涵发展、社会和谐发展具有深远影响。通过对收集的文献进行分析,综述了高校学习型社团文化建设的研究情况。Have full study,a concept of life-long study of the learning-oriented associations culture in colleges,is the important expressional form of the college spiritual civilization construction in school spirit and the style of study.Research the culture construction of learning-orientd associations in colleges has a far-reaching influence to strengthen students＇ individual development、colleges＇ connotation development and harmonious development of society.Through the analysis of the literature collection,this paper reviewed the research circumstance of the culture construction of learning-orientd associations in colleges.
