摘 要:目的:建立测定吐温80中乙二醇与二甘醇含量的方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Agilent 19095 N-123 HP-INNOWAX(30.0 m×530μm×1.00μm)毛细管柱;初始柱温150℃,保持7 min,以15℃.min-1升至185℃,保持7 min。结果:在确定的色谱条件下组分能基线分离,线性关系良好。乙二醇与二甘醇的加样回收率分别为101.05%和98.90%,乙二醇与二甘醇定量检测限分别为21.446μg.mL-1、16.324μg.mL-1。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于吐温80中乙二醇与二甘醇的限量测定。Determination method of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in Tween 80 was established.The separation was performed on Agilent 19095N-123 HP-INNOWAX(30.0 m×530 μm×1.00 m) chromatographic column.The mobile phase was N2.The initial temperature was 150℃ and kept for 7 min.Then the temperature was promoted 15℃/min until reach 185℃.The result showed that the linear range of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol was good.The average recovery was 101.05% and 98.90%,respectively.The quantitative determination limit was 21.446 g/mL and 16.324 g/mL for ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol,respectively.It is concluded that the method was simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of both thylene glycol and diethylene glycol in Tween 80.
