环境不确定性、企业战略反应与动态能力的构建

摘　　要：构建了一个环境不确定性、企业战略反应及动态能力关系的理论模型。采用来自珠三角企业的数据,应用SEM进行实证检验。结果表明:创业导向可以直接或间接提升动态能力,组织学习在其中起到了部分中介效应;环境动态性可以间接通过创业导向与组织学习影响动态能力的构建,而环境复杂性对于动态能力的形成则没有影响。The authors of this article construct a theoretical model that describes the relationship among environmental uncertainty,enterprises＇ strategic responses and dynamic capabilities.Then,the authors collect data of enterprises which comes from the Pearl River Delta and test the model with SEM.It proves that entrepreneurial orientation impacts dynamic capabilities directly or indirectly through organizational learning as the mediator.Environmental dynamism impacts dynamic capabilities indirectly by entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning.Then,environmental complexity has no effect on dynamic capabilities.
