摘 要:试验采用配合剂分离法对玉米淀粉中的直链、支链组分进行分离,进而借助光谱分析法、静态激光散射法进行了表征,并考察了它们对一水硬铝石和高岭石可浮性的影响。光谱分析法测得玉米直链淀粉和支链淀粉的最大吸收波长分别为620 nm和570 nm,蓝值为0.9416和0.2072;静态激光光散射测试得到它们的重均相对分子质量Mw(g/mol)分别为7.098×106和4.108×107,均方旋转半径Rg(nm)分别为1.433×102和1.797×102,第二维利系数A2(mol.ml/g2)分别为-7.195×10-8和-3.262×10-8。可浮性的试验结果表明,自制的玉米直链淀粉和支链淀粉可有效实现一水硬铝石和高岭石的浮选分离。Amylose and amylopectin were separated from corn starch by complexing agent separation method.The purity,structure and morphology were characterized by spectral analysis and static laser light scattering.And then,the effect on floatability behaviors of diaspore and kaolinite were investigated.The results of spectroscopy showed that blue value and maximum absorption wavelength of amylase and amylopectin were 0.9416 and 0.2072,620 nm and 570 nm,respectively.Static laser light scattering showed their average molecular weight Mw(g/mol) were 7.098×106 and 4.108×107,square radius of gyration Rg(nm) were 1.433×102 and 1.797×102,and second virial coefficient A2(mol mL/g2) were-7.195×10-8 and-3.262×10-8.The experimental results of floatability showed that diaspore and kaolinite could be effectively separated by self-made amylase and amylopectin of corn.
