摘  要:介绍全电动注塑机新型控制系统的设计方法。硬件架构采用软PLC和CANopen总线搭建。软件设计借鉴面向对象的思想和方法,采用UML建模,用符合IEC61131–3标准的编程工具CoDeSys实现代码。此外还介绍了多任务划分的经验和技巧。经测试验证,这种新型控制系统满足工艺生产的需要,并且具有强大、高效、简洁、灵活的优点,非常具有推广价值。A new design method for control system of all-electronic injection molding machine was introduced. Sofi-PLC technology and CANopen fieldbus were used to build the main hardware structure. With the object-oriented consideration, UML tool was used to model the software, and CoDeSys was used to do the programming, which is in conformity with IEC 61131-3 standard. The task assignment skill was also introduced. From testing, this kind of control system was proved to be powerful, high-efficiency, simple and flexible, which could fully meet the requirements. This method was of a wide application value and development future.
