摘 要:目的:研究冷热循环对牙本质粘结强度和粘结界面纳米渗漏的影响。方法:选取30个无龋损人磨牙,用600目碳化硅砂纸在流水冲洗下预备牙本质粘结面,分别用3种(Prime&Bond NT,Adper Prompt和Contax)粘结剂进行粘结处理,复合树脂充填。纵向片切牙齿,制备粘结面积为1mm2的条形树脂牙本质试样。冷热循环(5000,10000次)后,将试样浸入50%氨化硝酸银溶液中染色。然后测定试样拉伸粘结强度,在扫描电镜下观测界面纳米渗漏的程度。结果:冷热循环10000次后,Prime&Bond NT和Adper Prompt粘结强度显著小于对照组,界面纳米渗漏百分比与对照组相比显著增加,Contax粘结强度和界面纳米渗漏百分比与对照组无显著变化。结论:"2步法"自酸蚀粘结剂Contax牙本质粘结界面的耐久性优于"1步法"自酸蚀粘结剂Adper Prompt和全酸蚀粘结剂Prime&Bond NT。Objective: To investigate the bond strengths and nanoleakage of adhesive bonded to dentin after thermocycling.Methods: Superficial occlusal dentin of 30 freshly extracted molars was finished with 600-grit SiC paper under running water.One of three adhesives(PrimeBond NT,Adper Prompt and Contax) was randomly applied to dentin surfaces according to the manufacturer instructions,and composite was built on bonded surfaces.Resin-dentin bonded beams(adhesive area:1mm2) were prepared and subjected to 0(control),5000 or 10000 thermocycles between 5 and 55℃.After thermocycling,the beams were submitted to ammoniacal silver nitrate staining,and then the beams were subjected to microtensile bond testing.The fractured surfaces were observed using SEM.Results: After 10000 thermocycles,the bond strengths of PrimeBond NT and Adper Promp were significantly lower than those in control groups,the mean dentin nanoleakages of PrimeBond NT and Adper Promp were significantly more than those in control groups.No significant differences in bond strength and dentin nanoleakage of Contax were found between 10000 thermocycles and control groups.Conclusion: The bond produced by two-step self-etch adhesive Contax to dentin were more durable than the bond produced by total-etch adhesive PrimeBond NT and one-step self-etch adhesive Adper Prompt.
