不同根管封闭剂对根管充填封闭性能的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:评价3种根管封闭剂的根尖和冠方封闭性能。方法:收集新鲜拔除的人恒前牙60颗,用手用镍钛锉预备后随机分为A、B、C 3个实验组即为Cortisomol封闭剂、AHplus封闭剂加牙胶尖侧压充填,GattaFlow加主尖充填(每组20颗)。根充后用印度墨汁染色、脱矿、脱水、制成透明,在体视显微镜下测量染料渗入根管的长度。结果:3组根尖部染料渗入长度分别为(0.4～2.9)mm、(0～1.9)mm、(0～2.1)mm,冠部染料渗入长度分别为(0.46～2.0)mm、(0～1.28)mm、(0～1.14)mm。3组间根尖和冠部微渗漏差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:Gatta-Flow常温流动牙胶充填系统能更好的封闭根管尖端和冠部,其封闭性优于其余两种封闭剂,从而在临床上可推广应用。Objective： To compare the apical and coronal sealing ability of three kinds of root canal filling materials.Methods： 60 single rooted human anterior teeth were prepared and randomly divided into three experimental groups（n=20）.Group A was filled with lateral compaction gutta-percha＋Cortisomol.Group B was filled with lateral compaction gutta-percha＋AHplus.Group C was filled with GuttaFlow＋single cone.All teeth were immersed in India ink,then demineralized,dehydrated and cleared.Linear dye penetration was determined under stereomicroscope.Results： The apical leakage of group A,B,C was（0.4-2.9）mm,（0-1.9）mm and（0~2.1）mm respectively,the coronal leakage of groups was（0.46-2.0）mm,（0-1.28）mm and（0-1.14）mm respectively.There was statistically significant difference between groups for apical and coronal leakage（P0.05,P0.01）,whereas the only GuttaFlow reached the lowest apical leakage value.Conclusion： Gatta-Flow using with single cone technique shows a greater apical and coronal sealing ability.
