摘  要:目的:评价3种根管封闭剂的根尖和冠方封闭性能。方法:收集新鲜拔除的人恒前牙60颗,用手用镍钛锉预备后随机分为A、B、C 3个实验组即为Cortisomol封闭剂、AHplus封闭剂加牙胶尖侧压充填,GattaFlow加主尖充填(每组20颗)。根充后用印度墨汁染色、脱矿、脱水、制成透明,在体视显微镜下测量染料渗入根管的长度。结果:3组根尖部染料渗入长度分别为(0.4~2.9)mm、(0~1.9)mm、(0~2.1)mm,冠部染料渗入长度分别为(0.46~2.0)mm、(0~1.28)mm、(0~1.14)mm。3组间根尖和冠部微渗漏差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:Gatta-Flow常温流动牙胶充填系统能更好的封闭根管尖端和冠部,其封闭性优于其余两种封闭剂,从而在临床上可推广应用。Objective: To compare the apical and coronal sealing ability of three kinds of root canal filling materials.Methods: 60 single rooted human anterior teeth were prepared and randomly divided into three experimental groups(n=20).Group A was filled with lateral compaction gutta-percha+Cortisomol.Group B was filled with lateral compaction gutta-percha+AHplus.Group C was filled with GuttaFlow+single cone.All teeth were immersed in India ink,then demineralized,dehydrated and cleared.Linear dye penetration was determined under stereomicroscope.Results: The apical leakage of group A,B,C was(0.4-2.9)mm,(0-1.9)mm and(0~2.1)mm respectively,the coronal leakage of groups was(0.46-2.0)mm,(0-1.28)mm and(0-1.14)mm respectively.There was statistically significant difference between groups for apical and coronal leakage(P0.05,P0.01),whereas the only GuttaFlow reached the lowest apical leakage value.Conclusion: Gatta-Flow using with single cone technique shows a greater apical and coronal sealing ability.
