摘　　要：目的:研究口腔黏液表皮样癌组织中RKIP和抑癌基因NPRL2的表达,探讨其表达与口腔黏液表皮样癌各临床病理因素之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色方法检测48例口腔黏液表皮样癌组织和13例正常组织中RKIP和NPRL2的表达,并对其与临床病理特征的关系进行统计学分析。结果:RKIP和NPRL2均表达于黏液表皮样癌细胞的胞浆和部分胞膜。黏液表皮样癌组织与正常组织中RKIP和NPRL2高表达的阳性率分别为52.08%,92.31%和47.92%,100.00%,黏液表皮样癌组织与两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:RKIP和NPRL2可能参与了黏液表皮样癌的发生、发展过程。Objective： To explore the expression and clinical pathology significance of tumour suppressor genes RKIP and NPRL2 in mucoepidermoid carcinoma（MEC）.Methods： RKIP and NPRL2 proteins＇ levels were determined with immunohistochemistry in 48 cases of MEC and 13 cases of normal tissue.The correlation between these two proteins and MEC pathology was detected,too.Results： RKIP and NPRL2 mainly located in cellular membrane and plasma of MEC.Percentage of RKIP and NPRL2 positive tissue of MEC and normal tissue were 51.9 %,92.2% and 53.9%,93.4% respectively.Expression of RKIP and NPRL2 proteins were markedly lower in MEC than that in normal tissue（P0.05）.Conclusion： There might be a involvement of RKIP and NPRL2 in occurrence and development of MEC.
