摘　　要：随着对外贸易的发展和商务活动的日益频繁,作为商务沟通的重要方式,外贸英文信函正在发挥着越来越重要的作用。为了有效地利用外贸英文信函进行贸易交流,拟从语篇结构和思维模式的角度,对外贸英文信函的语篇特点进行探讨和分析。With the development of foreign trade and frequent increasing of business activities, business English letters as a crucial com- municative way have been playing more and more important role in the commercial activities. In order to so efficiently make good use of business English letters as to carry on trade communication, this paper firstly examines the discourse characteristics of business English letters from the perspective of structure and thinking mode of discourse, then points out the instructive significance of this analysis on commercial practice.
