2010年广州进出口化妆品的微生物污染情况分析

摘　　要：目的:为了了解2010年广州进出口的化妆品微生物污染情况。方法:按照卫生部《化妆品卫生规范》(2007版)微生物学部分要求,对化妆品的菌落总数、霉菌和酵母计数、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和粪大肠菌群5个项目进行检测分析。结果:2010年广州共检测6601份进出口化妆品,检出18份不合格样品,合格率为99.73%。在不合格样品中,18份样品全部菌落总数超标,其中1份样品同时检出霉菌超标,2份同时检出绿脓杆菌。香水类和口腔卫生用品类的卫生情况最好,合格率达到100%。结论:总体来说,2010年广州进出口的化妆品产品卫生状况良好。Objective To evaluate the microbial contamination of cosmetics imported and exported from Guangzhou in 2010. Methods According to the 〈〈Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics 〉〉 established by Ministry of Health,all the cosmetics were detected and analyzed for total bacterial count, enumeration of molds and yeasts,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphyloccocus aureus and fecal coliform. Results 18 failed test samples were found among the 6601 cosmetics samples imported and exported from Guangzhou in 2010. All the 18 samples failed in the item of total bacterial count, one of them failed in the item of enumeration of molds and two of them failed in the item of Pseudomonas aeruginosa at the same time. Conclusion Cosmetic products imported and exported from Guangzhou in 2010 have good hygiene as a whole.
