摘　　要：非公企业劳资伦理在企业管理和劳资整合中起着重要的作用。在当今经济社会出现大量企业伦理滑坡和劳资冲突现象的情况下,我们必须建立适应全球化、信息化、市场化和人性化的现代性非公企业劳资伦理精神和原则,通过各种形式和手段加强劳资伦理道德提升,以完成劳资整合的任务。Non-public enterprise labor-capital ethics plays an important role in business management and the consolidation of labor-capital.In today＇s economic society there is a large number of business ethics landslide phenomena and labor-capital conflicts.We must establish the modern non-public enterprise labor-capital ethics spirit and principles fitting for the labor-capital-relationship＇s globalization,informationization,marketization and humanization.
