摘 要:随着我国幼教事业的发展,师资队伍的重要性日益显著。教师培训是教师发展的途径,乡镇中心幼儿园对农村幼儿园起着示范作用,所以乡镇中心幼儿园教师的培训对整个农村幼教的发展有着举足轻重的作用。本文基于对陕西省调研的实际情况谈乡镇中心幼儿园的教师培训,主要从培训的制度、经费、内容、时间和机会、模式和机制等几方面阐述,从而希望能够为乡镇中心幼儿园的教师培训和发展提供一定的借鉴意义。With the development of our country's preschool education,kindergarten teachers' quality becomes increasingly important.Teacher training is an approach to teacher's development.As a model for rural kindergartens,countryside and towns' central kindergarten teacher training plays a decisive role in the whole preschool education in rural areas.This paper focuses on the teacher training in countryside and towns' central kindergarten on the basis of a survey in Shaanxi province.The authors discusses the system,expenditure,content,time,opportunity,pattern and mechanism of such teacher training,in hope of providing a reference for countryside and towns' central kindergarten teacher training and teacher development.
