摘　　要：高校女教职工是高校教学、科研和育人工作不可缺少的重要力量。随着社会的发展和人们生活节奏的加快,高校知识女性的生活和心理健康受到更大的挑战。女工工作是高校工会工作的重要组成部分,本文研究了做好高校女教职工工作的方法:(1)以提高女教工的素质为主线,充分发挥女教工的优势;(2)为女教工双重角色减负;(3)以丰富多彩的活动为手段,提高女教工生活质量;(4)依法维护女教职工的合法权益和特殊利益。The college women workers are the indispensable and important strength in the teaching, scientific research and educational work. There are great challenges for the physical and mental health of women with the progress of the society and scientific technology, with the pace speeding up of human life. The job of college women workers is an important part of College Trade Union. The method on how to do well the female staff work was studied in this paper.
