摘  要:目的了解医学背景中职学生的学习风格,揭示其学习风格的影响因素,比较不同专业学生学习风格的特点。方法采用Peter Honey2006年修订版的学习风格量表LSQ-80,对四川省成都市某中职学校480名不同专业的学生进行实地问卷调查。结果413份有效问卷中53.3%(220人)的学生倾向反省型风格,12.6%(52人)倾向于理论型,11.9%(49人)的学生倾向行动型,6.8%(28人)倾向实际型风格,此外还有15.5%(64人)是混合型学习风格。并且独生子女和非独生子女学生的学习风格不同,差异具有统计学意义(X2=15.007,P〈0.05)。农村来源学生和城市来源学生的学习风格不同,差异具有统计学意义(x2=9.830,P〈0.05);护理专业学生和非护理专业学生的学习风格不同,差异具有统计学意义(x2=10.098,P〈0.05)。结论中职学生有自己独特的学习特点,他们主要倾向反省型学习风格;家庭背景及成长环境等是中职学生学习风格的重要影响因素,性别、年龄、民族及有无宗教信仰等因素对其学习风格的影响不明显;不同专业学生的学习风格不同。Objective To determine the predominant learning style preferences of medical secondary vocational students and analyze the influencing factors of their learning style, as well as to compare the differences on styles among the students with different specialties. Methods A survey design was adopted and a demographic questionnaire and the learning styles questionnaire 80 items ( LSQ-80, Honey and Mumford, 2006, revised edition) were administered to a purposive sample of 480 students come from a secondary vocational school in Chengdu city. Results The 413 effective questionnaires revealed that 220 students (53. 3% ) preferred the reflector which represented the highest number of the students among four single-learning-style categories, followed by the theorist (52,12.6%) and the activist (49,11.9%), then the pragmatist (28, 6.8% ) and the other 64 students ( 15.5% ) presented a mixed learning styles. Learn style of only children were different from that of non-only children ( x2 = 15. 007, P 〈 0.05 ), students from rural village were different from those from urban ( X2 = 9. 830, P 〈 0. 05 ), and nursing students were different from non-nursing students ( X2 = 10. 098, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The reflector was the main learning style of the medical secondary vocational students and different special field of studies of the students preferred different learning style preference which was deeply affected by the family background and the growing experience of the students.
