工科院校大学生素质教育拓展计划实施机制研究——以南京工业大学为例

摘　　要：由于工科院校的基本特质是技术性质纯厚、重视有用教育、教师和学生知识背景单一,所以工科院校对学生进行素质教育面临非常多的问题。工科院校进行素质教育应该重思想培养、轻知识灌输,重美育熏陶、轻技术培训,重历史分析、轻现象描述,重综合知识、轻单一技巧。具体来说,应该通过教学活动和学生活动对学生进行综合素质的训练;广泛地利用社会优秀资源;通过教务系统、教师系统、团委和学生工作处、学生组织的有机整体,共同完成素质教育,并由宣传部和组织部进行监督考核。As the basic characteristics of engineering colleges are technically specified,useful,education-minded,simplicity of educational background of students and teachers,engineering colleges are facing many problems in quality-oriented education of students.Quality-oriented education in engineering colleges and universities should attach importance to ideological elevation, aesthetic cultivation,history analysis and comprehensive knowledge,rather than to knowledge impart, technological training, superficial description and single skills.Specifically,it should train the students in quality-oriented education through teaching activities and students-involved activities,so that we can excellent extensive use of our social resources;It should work together to accomplish quality-oriented education through the educational administration system,teachers systems,Commission of League,student work department and the student organizations.Also it should supervised and assessed by the propaganda department.
