摘  要:目的探讨情景模拟教学法在在职护士"沟通技巧"培训中的应用效果。方法对2009年某三级甲等医院在职护士规范化培训部分内容"沟通技巧—接待新病人"等引入情景模拟教学方法。于培训前后进行理论考核及问卷调查。结果本组培训前后,理论考核成绩分别为67.44±4.49分和88.12±6.17分,两者比较有显著性差异(t=30.523,P<0.01)。问卷调查结果显示,情景模拟教学法不仅增加了学习兴趣,活跃了课堂气氛;且提升了培训者与病人有效沟通的信心。结论实践证明情景模拟教学法在在职护士"沟通技巧"培训中不仅提高了培训者交流沟通能力,且学会了换位思考。Objective To investigate the application effect of the communication skills in the training of nurses with scenario simulated teaching. Methods The scenario simulation teaching methods was introduced to the content standardized training which was communication skills-reception of new patients for the new staff nurses in third grade Class A hospital and theory examination and questionnaire was took before and after the training. Results The training of personnel's score was significantly different before and after the training in the theory examination which were 67.44±4.49 points and 88.12 ± 6.17 points(t=30.523,P 0.01) by their self-control.The survey results showed that the scenario simulated methods not only increased learning interests,but also made the atmosphere active.And it enhanced confidence to communicate effectively with patients in the learners. Conclusion It was proved that the scenario simulated teaching in the training of nurses' communication skills not only improved the the trainers ability to communicate,but also taught them empathy.
