摘　　要：锤式滚轴破碎机是一种先进的新型破碎机,适用于露天矿山作业,目前在国内外被广泛应用。我国目前没有设计生产这种破碎机的能力,所以我国矿山使用的锤式滚轴破碎机全部依赖进口。介绍锤式滚轴破碎机的工作原理及结构特点。运用Pro/E对锤式滚轴破碎机进行参数化设计,建立了锤式滚轴破碎机的虚拟样机,并利用Pro/E的仿真模块对其进行运动仿真,实现了锤式滚轴破碎机的优化及创新设计,为我国自行设计该型破碎机做了初步准备工作。Impact roll crusher which is for open-pit mine was an advanced new crusher,currently,it was widely used at home and abroad.China had not capacity to produce the crusher,so impact roll crusher which is used for mining was dependent on foreign imports in China.Its working principle and structural characteristics were briefly introduced in this article.The parametric designing for it was finished with Pro/E,virtual machine of crusher was built,and its motion simulation was actualized by using simulation module of Pro/E.Innovative design for crusher was realized by optimization and modern design methods.It made preliminary preparations for our own designing of this type of crusher.
