高职院校学生党员发展工作之科学发展理念初探

摘　　要：高等教育进入大众化阶段,我国高职院校学生党员发展工作成绩显著,但是仍然与新形势新任务的要求不太适应,需要从理念层面加以提升。高职院校学生党员发展工作的科学发展理念涵盖两个维度:一是学生党员个体科学发展的理念,一是学生党组织科学发展的理念。前者包括学生党员个体的谋生力、学习力、民主力、执行力、交际力、建言力等方面,后者包括学生党组织的调查力、研究力、决策力、执行力、民主力、亲和力等方面。学生党员个体的发展与学生党组织的发展应当相互促进。In the times of popular higher education,the student party member＇s development work has produced a marked effect in our higher vocational college,but it can＇t adapt to the new situation and new tasks,which need concept promotion. The scientific development concept of student party member＇s development work includes two dimensions：the individual and the organization scientific development concept. The former contains the student party member＇s individual abilities such as earning one＇s living,learning,democracy,executing,communicating,advising and so on. The latter contains the student party organization＇s capabilities such as investigating,researching,desion-making,executing,democracy and appetency etc. The student party member＇s individual development and party organization＇s development should mutually promote.
