摘　　要：本文以马斯洛需求理论为指导分析高校教师的需求特点,以彼得·圣吉学习型组织建构的五项修炼内容为准则,以高校教师精神需求方面的特点为基础,研究建构高校教师学习型组织的内容。With Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs as the guidance, this paper analyzes the features of college teachers＇ needs.With Peter＇s theory of learning organization construction as the regulation and college teachers＇ spiritual needs as the basis, the writer researches the content of constructing college teachers＇ learning organization.
