高校体育教学中“学生快速信任量表”的编制——以西安电子科技大学为例

摘　　要：快速信任(Swift Trust)是指基于集体感知和集体关联的,能够控制临时团队中的不确定性、风险、脆弱性和预期问题的一种特殊信任,其与临时团队的特征密切关联,是团队取得成功的重要因素。目的:编制高校体育选项课教学中学生间快速信任的测量量表,为以快速信任为基础的相关实证研究奠定基础。方法:在理论研究的基础上,采用问卷调查的方式来进行。以446名大学新生为样本,将采集到的数据主要运用项目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析等统计方法进行处理。结论:高校体育教学中学生间快速信任量表的结构为单一维度,包括4个测量项目,具有较好的内容效度、结构效度、跨样本效度、收敛效度和重测信度。Swift trust is a special trust which is based on the collective perception and conjunction.It can control the uncertainty,risk,vulnerability and the expected problems.It has a close relationship with the characters of temporary team.It is an important factor for successful team.Purpose： Develop a scale to measure the swift trust in PE teaching of university,find the antecedents of swift trust,study on the forecasting function and mechanism.Methods：Theoretic study and scale test.The data were analyzed by item analysis,EFA,CFA and Linear Regression.The samples are 446 Chinese undergraduate freshmen.Conclusion： The scale of swift trust among undergraduates in PE teaching has 4 items which belong to a single dimensionality.The scale has good content validity,cross validity,convergent validity and reliability.
