摘　　要：本文运用马克思哲学的异化劳动理论和人本主义思想来透析科研量化管理制度,这一理论视角贯穿科研量化管理制度下科研异化的表征、科研量化管理的得失与前景以及科研管理的出路。从这个角度去认识科研量化管理制度,对于科研管理在新的历史条件下如何落实以人为本的科学观,具有重要的理论指导意义和深远的现实意义。This article utilizes the Marx philosophy the disassimilation work theory and humanism thought comes the dialysis scientific research quantification control system,under this theory angle of view penetration scientific research quantification con-trol system scientific research disassimilation attribute,scientific research quantification management success and failure and pros-pect,scientific research management outlet.From this angle knew that the scientific research quantification control system,how does carry out the humanist scientific view regarding the scientific research management under the new historic condition,has the important theory guiding sense and the profound practical significance.
