摘　　要：面对高职院校生源质量的降低,辅导员队伍建设直接关系到学生工作的稳定,明确高职院校辅导员队伍建设的重要意义,建立一支高素质的辅导员队伍是高职院校不断发展的新的必然要求,明确辅导员工作现状,调动大家的积极性是高职院校发展中面临的重要内容。Facing vocational students＇ lower quality,counselors directly related to the stability of students＇ work,a clear vocational college counselor the importance of team building,establishing a high-quality vocational colleges counselors the inevitable evol-ving requirements of the new,clear the status of work counselor,mobilize the enthusiasm of everyone is an important part in the development of higher vocational colleges.
