摘 要:探讨公立医院人事制度改革的问题。深化人事制度改革是公立医院改革中必须做好的一项重要工作。分析公立医院人事改革存在的问题,通过现代人力资源管理培训,不断转变人事管理观念,学习和运用现代人力资源管理的方法与工具,推进公立医院人事制度改革,促进医院又好又快发展。Issues related to personnel system reform in state-owned hospitals have been discussed. Deepening personnel reform is essential in the reform of state-owned hospitals. Aimed at the existing problems in personnel reform in stateowned hospitals, it is suggested that modern human resources management training, con- stant change of personnel perceptions, and study and application of modern human resources management approaches and tools can facilitate the personnel system reform in state-owned hospitals and promote the rapid and sound development of hosnitals.
