高校辅导员开展发展性心理咨询工作的浅谈

摘　　要：发展性心理咨询是高校心理健康教育工作中的一项重要内容,而高校辅导员作为高校心理健康教育工作的主要力量,也必然要承担起为学生提供发展性心理咨询的重要任务。无论从当代辅导员队伍的建设现状,还是辅导员工作性质本身来看,辅导员在高校中开展发展性心理咨询都有诸多优势。本文将从主要讨论辅导员开展发展性咨询的有利条件及如何利用这些条件开展咨询的实践性建议。Developing psychological consultation of psychological health education is an important content of the work, and college instructor university mental health education work as the main force, and also inevitable should undertake to provide students with developing psychological consultation an important task. No matter from the contemporary political instructor team construction situation, or the nature of work itself to see, participants in the development of developing psychological consultation has many advantages. This article will mainly discuss the development from in consultation of advantage and how to use these conditions of developing consultation practical suggestions.
