摘　　要：提出一种基于ARM和uC/OS-II的嵌入式智能家庭用电管理方案。系统自动检测用电设备情况,合理管理用电设备,可提供过电流等保护,最大限度地节能。为达到此目的,系统采用模糊控制算法来控制电热水器作为实例。采用ADI公司的ADE7753芯片实现单相电能的计量,此设备也可用于智能电表解决方案。Proposed an Embedded Household Electricity Management Soultions Based on ARM and uC/OS-II.The system can detect the electrical equipment automatically,manage the electrical equipment properly to save the energy in a maximized,in addition to these it can provide overcurrent protect and etc.To achieve the purpose,the system manage a household water heater with the fuzzy control algorithm as an example.Adopt the Chip ADE7753 from ADI to realize the measurement of the single-phase power,this equipment can be used for the solutions of smart meter.
