摘  要:为了确定莲子皮中生物碱类物质的提取工艺和初步鉴定该类物质的活性,以生物碱得率为考察指标,采用正交实验,研究了提取时间、超声功率、乙醇浓度、液料比四个因素对生物碱类化合物提取的影响。同时,以生物碱类物质对DPPH自由基、超氧离子自由基、羟基自由基的清除率作为考察指标,研究了莲子皮生物碱的体外抗氧化活性。确定了最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间为45min,超声功率为70W,乙醇浓度为80%,液料比25:1。生物碱具有较强的体外抗氧化活性,对DPPH·、O2-·、·OH均具有良好的清除作用。In order to determine extraction process of alkaloid from lotus seed skins and authenticate the activity of the alkaloid,and by using orthogonal experiment,the influences of various parameters such as extraction time,supersonic power,ethanol concentration or liquid/material ratio on extraction efficiency were studied taking yield of alkaloid as study index.At the same time,taking clearance ability for DPPH·,O2-· and ·OH as study index,its antioxidation in vitro was studied.The optimized parameters were as follows:extraction time:45min,supersonic power:70W,ethanol concentration:80% and liquid/material ratio:25:1.The alkaloid of lotus seed skins had better antioxidation in vitro,and it had strong capacity of scavenging DPPH·,O2-· and ·OH.
