摘　　要：基于联盟框架构建的企业知识整合风景模型,揭示基于吸收能力的知识整合机理和规律,以TD-SCDMA联盟企业为样本的实证检验表明,吸收能力对知识整合的作用具有周期性和波动性,在一个周期内,随着吸收能力的增强,知识整合水平逐渐提高,当知识整合水平达到一定程度后,随着吸收能力的增强知识整合水平出现递减效应。This paper establishes a landscape model of enterprise knowledge integration based on the alliance framework,and reveals the knowledge integration mechanism and law based on the absorptive capacity.Empirical test with TD-SCDMA alliance shows periodicity and fluctuation in knowledge integration based on absorptive capacity.In the process of knowledge integration,level of knowledge integration increases gradually to a certain degree,and then it appears diminishing marginal effect with the enhancement of absorptive capacity.
