数字技术在纺纱质量控制、器材及零部件维护维修上的运用

摘　　要：为了加强纺织器材及零部件的维护维修,控制棉纱质量波动,分析了纺纱器材、零部件的控制要求及数字技术在线控制在其维护维修上的作用,重点论述了微电子数字离散控制技术、数字在线控制技术在纺织机械设备、纺纱质量控制领域的应用。说明应用数字技术在纺织机械、设备维护维修等领域中的重要性和必要性,并分析了其局限性和存在的难题。指出数字技术在纺织生产的关键纺纱工序和关键纺织质量的控制应用中取得了飞跃性发展,是当代纺织厂生产的现实需要。In order to reinforce the service and maintenance of the textile accessories and the parts for better yarn quality,analysis is done to the control requirement of the textile accessories and the parts and the on-line application of the digit technology on the service and the maintenance.The importance and essential of the application of the digit technology on the section of the textile machinery,equipment maintenance.The limitation and the bottle-neck are pointed out for the application of the digit technology.Conclusion is made that great leap forward has achieved for the application of the digit technology in textile production in key process and key quality control,thus a reality requirement for modern textile production.
