摘　　要：高校体育是体育事业中重要的环节之一，高校体育教师担负着为国家体育事业培养人才的重任，就要要求教师自身具备优秀的各项素质做保障。文章通过对郑州市部分高等院校体育教师素质现状进行研究调查，并找出体育教师素质结构中的弊端与弱势环节．为提高体育教师和相关工作者的素质提出有价值的参考。College Physical Education sports career is one of the most important links in college physical education teachers, responsible for national sports training talents, needs teachers with excellent the qualit3t guarantee. This article through to the common college physical education teacher quality present situation investigation and study, pointed out that the sports teacher＇s quality st^cture weak link, in order to improve the quality of physical education teachers status provides valuable reference.
