护生与在职护士的自我防护意识调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解护生与在职护士的自我防护意识,以便有针对性地对其进行自我防护教育,提高自我防护能力。[方法]采用随机抽样法,用自行设计的问卷调查表对50名护生及50名在职护士进行自我防护意识的调查。[结果]护生的自我防护知识比较薄弱,在职护士的自我防护行为存在麻痹。[结论]临床教师应该加强自己及对护生自我防护意识的教育及学习。Objective ： nursing students and To know about the self - protection awareness nurses on the job,so as to carry out targeted self protection education for them and improve their self- protection capability. Methods. A total of 50 nursing students and 50 nurses on the job were investigated by random sampling with self - designed questionnaire. Resuits：Nursing students＇ self- protection awareness was relatively poorer, self - protective behaviors of nurses on the job existed paralysis. Conclusion：Clinical teachers should strengthen education and learning of selfprotection awareness for themselves and nursing students.
