摘　　要：自我决定理论经过近40年的发展,已成为对许多领域的人类行为活动具有指导价值的动机理论,得到各国学者越来越广泛的认同。文章综述了自我决定理论体系的发展过程及具体内容,归纳了典型领域研究成果,阐释了突出的研究成就,分析了未来研究的走向,并对该理论的发展进行了讨论与评价。With the development for nearly 40 years,the self-determination theory has turned into an important motivation theory which can direct the practices in many fields of human behaviors.This paper reviews the development of self-determination theory,introduces some important figures,summarizes relevant researches and tries to show the new trend and prosperity of SDT,reflecting the contribution to the human beings from psychologists.
