摘　　要：介绍了某高校创新医德教育体系的措施:将医德教育研究与实践融入校园文化建设中,融入到新生入学教育中,融入到学生社团活动中,以促进医学生医德教育。并阐述了一些经验与体会:学校要高度重视,坚持理论研究与实践相结合,遵循医学生的成长规律,是医德教育融入校园文化建设的保证;充分发挥医学伦理学研究中心的研究功能,在探索医德教育融入校园文化建设中取得显著成效;积极主动配合学校的相关部门,使校园文化的德育功能得到发挥,促进医学生医德教育,提高医学生职业道德素质。According to the party＇s education policy,school personnel training objectives and the basic law of growth of medical students to explore the integration of medical ethics education,research and practice to the construction of campus culture,integrated into the new school education,integrated into the activities of student organizations,through the moral education of campus culture function to promote ethics education for medical students,to improve the effectiveness of medical ethics education.
