摘 要:对西北农林科技大学茶叶试验站50份茶树种质资源的农艺性状进行分析。结果表明,20个性状的变异系数为10.72%~50.29%,变异系数最大的性状是芽茸毛,为50.29%,其次为叶面和叶缘,分别为38.18%和33.67%,变异系数最小的是花冠直径,为10.72%。基于农艺性状的聚类分析,在阈值为9时,可将这50个茶树品种分为5类,根据绿茶的育种目标在50份茶树种质资源中筛选发现,编号为31、41、50和30这4个材料农艺性状表现优良,且这50份茶树种质资源存在极显著的遗传差异和丰富的多样性。Agronomic traits of 50 tea germplasm resources from Tea Research Station of Northwest AF University were analyzed.The results showed that the variation coefficient of the 22 traits ranged from 10.72% to 54.65%.Bud pubescence had the greatest coefficient variation of 50.29%,leaf upper surface and leaf margin undulation were the next(38.18% and 33.67%,respectively),and flower diameter was the smallest of 10.48%.The cluster analysis was based on the morphological data,when the threshold was 9,the tested materials were classified into five groups.According to the breeding objective of the green tea,the materials coded as No.31,No.41,No.50,No.30 were found with some favorable traits from five groups,and it can be seen that there are distinct genetic diversity in the tea germplasm,which provide plenty substance basic for choosing the new tea breed.
