无边界职业发展视域下大学生职业生涯发展准备研究

摘　　要：无边界职业生涯理论说明了大学生职业生涯发展的外部环境和内部动力的变化,指明了大学生职业生涯发展具有易变性和多元性,对大学生职业发展准备具有导向作用;个体是职业生涯发展的主体,就业力是职业生涯发展的核心,就业是职业生涯发展的过程,大学生更应该关注职业-家庭-社会关系的和谐发展。无边界职业发展视域下大学生职业生涯发展准备应该主动把握职业生涯发展方向;树立终身学习理念,提升就业力;整合职业生涯发展资源;抓好职业生涯发展管理,实现职业生涯科学发展。Boundaryless Career Theory explains the change of external environment and internal motivation of the college students career development,pointing out that the college students＇ career development is of greater uncertainty and diversity.Boundaryless Career Theory can offer the guidance to the preparation of the college students career development.College student is the subject of the career development,and the employability is the core of career development,and the employment is the process of the college students career development,so college students should pay more attention to the balance of the career-family-society＇s relationship.In the view of Boundaryless Career Theory,the strategy of the preparation of college students career should firstly take the initiative to determine the direction of career;secondly,set up the concept about lifelong learning to improve the employability;thirdly,pay close attention to management of career development to get the achievement.
