摘 要:针对传统PLC编程器存储容量小,远程调试不方便等特点,设计一种以LPC2478微控制器为核心,以CAN总线为主要的通讯方式,具有存储容量大且人机交互界面友好的PLC编程器。系统设计克服了传统PLC编程器数据线短、容量小、指令执行速度慢等缺点,增强了编程器系统的自适应能力,提高了系统的应用价值,对促进PLC编程器系统升级具有重要意义。This paper introduced a new type of PLC programmer which took LPC2478 microcontroller as the core of hardware system, and took the CAN bus as main way of communication ,for the traditional PLC programmer has small storage capacity and not suitable for remote debugging. The programmer owns large memory and friendly interface. The system design overcomes the short- comings of traditional ones such as short data cable, small storage capacity and slow instruction execution. It enhances the adaptive capacity of the PLC programmer, improves the application value of PLC programmer, which makes the PLC programmer an impor- tant upgrade significance.
