摘　　要：农村学前教育面临城乡差距大、发展步履维艰的问题。政府对农村学前教育的扶持行为应在城乡统筹的大背景下加大经费投入力度,解决好农村留守儿童教育问题,统筹城乡师资,落实监督机制,促进农村学前教育均衡发展。There is a large gap in the pre-schoohng education between urban and rural areas, where the education is faced with numerous difficulties. The support by the government to the pre-schoohng education in the rural area shall be carried out under the background of coordinated rural and urban development： increase investment to educate the stay-at-home children, coordinate the teachers for the urban and rural area, and strengthen the supervision so as to promote the balanced pre-schooling education in the rural area.
