摘 要:随着江海大桥的增多,为避免人为失误因素导致船撞大桥的事故发生,提出了以AIS、VHF-DSC、VHF-RT为基础的江海大桥主动防撞系统设计方案。该系统通过AIS发出江海大桥主桥墩的数据信息,使过往船舶的雷达上显示主桥墩的位置,明确主通航孔的位置。通过DSP数据处理单元获取船舶AIS的数据信息,分析、判断船舶的态势后由VHF-DSC选择呼叫过往船舶并发出语音提醒或警告,使船舶驾驶人员及早采取避碰措施,安全通过大桥。该系统经实地测试,验证了系统的正确性与可行性,达到了预期的设计目的。This paper proposes the active bridge anti-collision system design based on AIS,VHF-DSC and VHF-RT in order to avoid human error factors leading to a ship collision accident. The main piers data of a bridge are sent by the AlS,so that the location of the main piers are displayed on the passing ship's radar,and the location of the main navigation channel are cleared as early as possible. The ship data are received by the AIS,and analyzed by the DSP to determine the situation of the ship ,the VHF- DSC will ~nd the voice reminders or warnings to the ship in time in order to strengthen the officers' vigilance and make them take effective measures for collision avoidance and safely passing through the bridge. It is the first time that AIS, VHF-DSC and VHF- RT are applied to the bridge active anti-collision system. The correctness and feasibility of the system is proven by the practice, and the design purpose is achieved.
