摘　　要：尊重意味着平等，意味着民主，意味着宽容，意味着理解、帮助和支持。在“以人为拳”的教育理念下的教育实践自然就是“以学生为主体”，要考虑到学生的发展需要；遵循学生的生理、心理特点和发展规律；设计的课程适合学生的学习；在教学过程中以学生为主体；实现学生的和谐发展。Respect implies equality, democracy, tolerance, understanding, help and support. Education practice in the light of ＂people-oriented＂ educational idea is ＂students-orientation＂, considering students＇ developing need, following students＇ psychological characteristics and developing laws; curriculum adapting to students＇ learning; taking students as the subject and realizing students＇ harmonious development.
