摘 要:目的探讨合作学习在本科实习护生小讲课中的应用效果。方法选取在某医院实习的本科护生60名,分为实验组与对照组,每组30名,分别采取合作学习与护生个人独立完成小讲课两种形式教学,运用护生小讲课评价表与学生小讲课效果自我评价问卷,比较两种教学方法的效果。结果实验组护生的小讲课成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);护生自评提高了健康教育、团队合作、克服困难、分析问题和解决问题的能力和评判性思维能力。结论将合作学习应用于小讲课有利于培养护生的综合能力,有利于护生自主学习能力的发展与提高。Objective To explore the effects of cooperative learning applied in small lectures of undergraduate nursing students in the course of clinical practice. Methods A total of 60 nursing students were divided into two groups,30 for each group. The experimental group completed small lectures by cooperative learning,while the control group did them individually. The score of small lectures appraised by the teachers and an self - assessment questionnaire for nursing students were used to evaluate the effects of the two methods. Results The achievement of the experimental group was higher than the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The health education,team comperadon,overcome difficulty, problem analysis and problem solving ability and critical thinking ability were improved by nursing students self- evaluation. Conclusion Cooperative learning is helpful to cultivate nursing students'comprehensive ability and improve their ability of autonomous learning.
