摘 要:临床思维贯穿于疾病诊断、观察、治疗的全过程。临床思维能力的提高源自扎实的医学理论基础知识及不断的临床实践。采用典型病例情境式教学,使见习学生逐渐熟悉临床思维的过程,形成系统和全局的观念,培养其科学的临床思维能力,顺利完成由医学生向临床医生的转变。同时,模拟教学过程亦有非真实性及不全面等不足之处,期望在临床教学实践中逐渐得到完善。Clinical thinking is throughout the clinical diagnosis of disease, observation, treatment of the whole process. Clinical thinking capabilities are from a solid theoretical foundation of medical knowledge and clinical practice constantly. Using typical case scenariobased teaching, students will become more familiar with the trainee of clinical thought process, form systems and global ideas. Cultivating scientific and clinical thinking ability will help them transit from medical students to clinicians successfully. At the same time, simulated teaching process is non--authenticity and incomplete deficiencies, has gradually been refined expectations in clinical teaching practice.
