摘　　要：学困生并非朽木不可雕，只要方法得当，他们是可以转化的。本文就初中英语教学中学困生的形成原因及转化策略进行了论述。Students with leaming difficulty don＇t have no capacity for improvement and they can be transformed if the method is adequate. This paper expounds the causes of students with learning difficulty and transforming strategies in junior high school English teaching.
