摘  要:以改善大功率柴油机的节能与排放性能为目标,研发了一种既先进又易于制造的燃油喷射系统———增压式高压共轨系统。该系统可在各负荷区域中,通过对2种喷射压力(可调)和3种喷油率(矩形、斜坡形、靴形)之间的匹配和调节,实现柴油机的全工况优化运行。研制了系统的关键部件———电控增压泵,并为其开发了单电源单开关自斩波驱动电路,搭建了试验平台。试验考察了电控增压泵的增压性能、系统喷油率的可调性和理论增压比对系统性能的影响等。The augment high pressure common rail system (AHPCRS) was designed for improving engine fuel consumption and emission characteristics. The AHPCRS features advanced characteristics and easy machining and realizing optimal operation in full condition region depending on varying two injection pressures matched with three injection rates according to different load ranges. An electron-controlled boost- er, the key component of the AHPCRS, was designed. The single power single-switch chopper drive circuit was developed to establish a test bed for it. On the test bed, the influences of pressurization characteristics, injection rate regulation characteristics and theoretical pressure ratio on the system performance were examined.
