摘　　要：对新形势下国有煤矿企业人力资源管理现状进行了分析,指出要完善国有煤矿传统人力资源管理的体制,加强新形势下煤矿企业人力资源效益评价体系建设。This paper analyses the current situation on human resources management of state-owned coal mining enterprise under the new situation,and points out that we should perfect the traditional human resource management system of state-owned coal mine and strengthen the effectiveness evaluation system construction of human resources about the coal mining enterprise under the new situation.
