摘　　要：PRDM1(positive regulatory domain 1)是一种转录抑制子,其在成熟B细胞终末分化中的作用已得到共识。越来越多的研究发现,PRDM1的作用并不是B细胞特异的,它在维持效应T细胞的稳态、影响T细胞分化及胚胎发育等方面的作用也不可忽视。PRDM1基因突变及其表达对各种类型淋巴瘤的发生和预后都有重要意义,进一步研究将为淋巴瘤诊断和治疗提供新的思路。本文就PRDM1基因功能及其在淋巴瘤发生、发展中的作用作一综述。PRDM1（positive regulatory domain 1）is a transcriptional factor,which controls the terminal differentiation of mature B cells to plasma cells.More and more studies demonstrate that PRDM1 is not B-cell specific,and its role in regulating T cell homeostasis,differentiation and embryonic development should not be ignored.Gene mutations of PRDM1 and their expression have an important role in the development and prognosis of lymphomas.Further studies of PRDM1 will provide a new target for the diagnosis and therapy of lymphomas.
