摘　　要：从普通高等院校信息类专业传统的人才培养模式的局限性出发,结合杭州国际服务工程学院办学的成功经验和面临的问题,就普通本科院校信息类专业教育教学改革的目标和措施等问题进行了深度剖析,为高等教育改革的全面展开提供了参考依据和可操作的方案。Starting from the limitation of the traditional school-running model of information specialty in common universities, combing with the practice of educational reform of Hangzhou Institute of Service, this paper detailed analyzes the target and measures of the education and teaching innovation of information specialty in common universities. Some useful reference and operable scheme are provided for the overall and systematic reformation of advanced education.
