摘　　要：ATF3转录激活因子3是转录因子ATF/CREB家族中成员之一,为一适应性反应基因参与细胞内外复杂进程。大量研究表明,其通过精细调控增殖及凋亡间平衡在肿瘤的形成和侵袭转移方面发挥重要作用,然而这种作用依赖靶基因和细胞内外环境的不同表现为双重作用,或抑制肿瘤形成或促进肿瘤发生。现就ATF3在肿瘤方面的研究进展予以综述。ATF3 is a member of the ATF/CREB family of transcription factors.It′s an adaptiave response gene that participates in cellular complex processes to adapt to extracellular and/or intracellular changes.Most striking are studies that have demonstrated by regulating the delicate balance between proliferative and apoptotic that contribute to the development,invasion and metastasis of cancer.However,ATF3 has been demonstrated to play dichotomous roles in cancer development depending on the cell contextthe and the target of gene.Here is to make a review on the research advances in ATF3 and Tumor.
