摘  要:目的:研究麸炒苍术辅料麦麸对小鼠消化功能的影响。方法:小鼠随机分组,分别为生麦麸水煎液高低剂量组、麸炒苍术麦麸高低剂量组、炒麦麸高低剂量组,阴性对照组,阳性对照组。测定给药7d后各组小鼠小肠推进率、血清胃泌素水平、总胃酸含量以及脾脏指数。结果:生麦麸水煎液高剂量组各指标较阴性对照组均有显著差异(P<0.05),麸炒苍术麦麸水煎液高剂量组较阴性对照组小肠推进率有显著差异(P<0.05),炒麦麸水煎液高剂量组较生麦麸水煎液高剂量组各指标均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:高剂量生麦麸水煎液能显著促进小鼠消化功能,而低剂量无此作用。麦麸经炒制后促进消化功能作用消失。麸炒苍术麦麸水煎液在高剂量时能促进小鼠小肠运动,但对其他指标无明显作用。Objective: To study the effects of wheat bran in bran-processed Rhizoma atractylodis on digestive function in mice. Method: The mice were randomly assigned to five groups,namely wheat bran group with low and high doses,wheat bran in bran-pro- cessed Rhizoma atractylodis group with low and high doses,fried wheat bran group with low and high doses, negative control group and positive control group. At the 7th day after the administration, the small intestinal propelling rate, serum gastrin level, total acid content and spleen index were determined in each group. Result: Compared with the negative control group, every testing index in wheat bran high dose group was significantly different ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the negative control group, small intestine propelling rate in wheat bran from bran-processed Rhizoma atractylodis group also showed significant difference with high dose ( P 〈 0.05 ). Every testing index in the fried wheat bran high dose group was significantly different compared with that in the wheat bran group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Con- clusion: Wheat bran with high dose can significantly promote the digestive function in mice while the promotion decreases after fried. The wheat bran in bran-processed Rhizoma atraetylodis with high dose can promote intestinal movement in mice, however, there are no significant effects on the other indicators.
