摘  要:为获得某型空降车在空投着陆缓冲过程的冲击响应和检验气囊系统的缓冲性能,采用有限元方法建立了空降车-气囊有限元模型,结合罚函数法和Johnson Cook材料本构模型,对空降车着陆缓冲过程进行了仿真。仿真的最大加速度与试验数据的误差在5%以内,验证了模型的精度。在正常着陆工况和恶劣着陆工况下,得到了车体的冲击加速度数据和结构应力分布情况。结果表明:车体结构强度足够,气囊系统的性能良好,可满足空投需要。To acquire the responses of airborne vehicle and test the performance of airbag system, finite element models of hull and airbag system for airdrop were established. The penalty function method and Johnson Cook mate- rial constitutive model were used in numerical simulation of landing cushion process. The comparison between simu- lation results and experiment data was carried out, and the error of maximum hull acceleration is smaller than 5%. Thus, the accuracy of simulation model was verified. Under normal airdrop mode and worse airdrop mode, the de- celeration data and stress distribution were also obtained by simulation. The results demonstrated that the structural strength of airborne vehicle and the performance of airbag system meet the demand of airdrop.
