摘 要:目的:探讨大学生生活满意度与学习倦怠的关系,为预防和干预学习倦怠心理提供参考依据。方法:采用问卷对200名不同性别、专业性质和年级的大学生进行测查。结果:当前大学生的生活满意度水平不高。在性别上,在年级上,生活满意度部分维度差异显著。生活满意度与学习倦怠之间显著负相关。结论:缓解大学生学习倦怠,提高其生活满意度水平有利于提高其心理健康。Objective To explore the correlation between life satisfaction and learning burnout of current undergraduates and get information for the prevention and interwention of learning burnout.Methods Scales were used to investigate the 200 undergraduates of different sexes,majors and grades.Results The undergraduates' life satisfaction level is not high.In terms of gender difference,there is difference between factors in life satisfaction and learning burnout.Some factors in life satisfaction is significant difference between grades.College students' life satisfaction is significantly negative correlation with learning burnout.Conclusion It is advantageous for enhancing college students' mental health to relieve college students from learning burnout and to increase their life satisfaction degree.
